Denis has more than 20 years of experience in pastoral care and counselling, and has qualifications in theology, education and counselling. He has a wide range of networks and contacts in Melbourne and is committed to individual care and advocacy for students. Denis is a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).

Randolph has worked as a guidance counsellor in the US, helping students for over 10 years. He speaks Urdi, Hindi, Persina and English, and was an international student himself. Randolph has a proactive approach to his counselling and is registered with ACA, and is also a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Hyacinth Dagama Monteiro
Hyacinth has 30 years experience in the education industry as a teacher, counsellor and psychologist. Previously, she has worked in India and the US. Hyacinth is a multilingual Registered Educational Psychologist with AHPRA. She has a clinician membership with ACA in Australia and in the US.

Shantha has over 30 years’ experience supporting students from multi-cultural backgrounds in Educational Institutions in the UK, Singapore and Melbourne. She has helped students to deal with time and anger management, emotional issues related to family matters, exam anxiety, body image, addiction, relationships, depression and other related issues.
